Position Summary We are seeking an Operations & Fiscal Manager to oversee financial management and day-to-day operations of a behavioral health residential program. This role ensures fiscal integrity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while supporting high-quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage program budgets, financial reporting, and expense tracking
Oversee billing, payroll coordination, and accounts payable/receivable
Ensure compliance with licensing, contracts, grants, and audits
Support daily operations, policies, purchasing, and vendor management
Collaborate with leadership and administrative staff
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
3+ years of operations and/or fiscal management experience
Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or nonprofit settings preferred
Strong budgeting, reporting, and organizational skills
