About the Role:
Scenthound Euless is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations & Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our dog wellness studio! In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience for every pet and pet parent who walks through our doors.



Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their dogs with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor
• Schedule and manage appointments using studio management software
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and process payments accurately
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up with clients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Support daily operational tasks to ensure the studio runs efficiently
• Educate clients on Scenthound membership packages and wellness services

Requirements:

• Prior customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling and interacting with dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn scheduling software
