Operations General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations General Manager to oversee staff, budgets, and overall business operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategy, managing people, and establishing effective policies. General Responsibilities• Evaluate and improve operational efficiency and financial performance• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations• Establish and achieve business goals and performance targets• Deliver exceptional service to clients, partners, or stakeholders• Manage all staff including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management• Foster an open and collaborative work environment that values feedback and continuous improvement• Develop and manage annual budgets including payroll and operating costs• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support business initiatives and goals• Maintain high standards of workplace organization, presentation, and professionalism• Analyze performance data and prepare reports on trends, customer needs, and profitability• Serve as a role model by demonstrating professional conduct and strong performance standards• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications• Minimum of five years of successful experience in an operations or general management role• Proven expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and business operations• Strong ability to build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Demonstrated commitment to organizational vision, values, and long-term success• Confident leadership style with a results-driven mindset• Extensive experience in operational planning, financial oversight, and business development• Strong track record of mentoring and developing diverse teams
