Operations Generalist Part Time

Company: Larson-Juhl Location: Kent, WA  Employment Type: Part-time  Starting Rate of Pay: $18-$25 per hour, based on experience.Hours: 7am to 12pm Monday thru ThursdayVacation: Vacation time is accrued based on the hours worked (3.85% for years 1-7)

Larson-Juhl is offering exciting full-time opportunities for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse associate team in Kent, WA. We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused warehouse associate who thrives in a professional team environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders in a safe and timely manner.
• Conducting quality inspections and packaging items for delivery routes.
• Reviewing orders to ensure completeness and customer satisfaction.
• Operating equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or dollies (position-specific).
• Receiving and replenishing inventory as needed.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Valid ID
• Warehouse/production environment experience preferred
• Ability to perform multiple tasks or focus on a single station.
• Reading and recognizing product variations.
• Basic computer skills.
•  Ability to measure using devices preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Time management and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to walk, lift, and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) for extended periods.
• Attention to detail.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
