Description

We're looking for an Operations & Growth Coordinator to join us at a pivotal moment. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, moves fast, and wants to be part of building something from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founder to manage our pipeline, research and map new partnerships, support new business development, and build the internal processes that keep everything running. You'll manage studio growth strategy with the team and manage all strategic brand partnerships for Maristi Creative's community events.

This is the role that makes the creative possible.

What you'll own:

  • Research and mapping of new brand and agency partnership opportunities across hospitality, fashion, and lifestyle
  • Supporting proposal and deck preparation for new business pitches
  • Building and maintaining studio systems — templates, trackers, workflows, and processes
  • Identifying revenue opportunities and flagging gaps in the pipeline before they become problems
  • Owning strategic brand partnerships
  • You're a fit if you:

  • Have a background in operations, business development, account management, marketing strategy, or project coordination
  • Are entrepreneurially minded and genuinely excited by early-stage growth
  • Are highly organized, proactive, and follow through on absolutely everything
  • Can work independently, manage your own time, and flag problems before they escalate
  • Are genuinely excited about the world of experiential, food, hospitality, and culture
  • Have strong written communication skills — you'll be representing the studio
  • Based in NYC
  • What you'll get:

  • Flexible part-time contract (15-20 hours per week to start)
  • Performance incentives — revenue share on any clients you help close
  • Full visibility into shaping a creative studio's growth
  • A path to a full-time, salary role as revenue scales
  • Compensation: Contract position with fixed monthly rate between $1000-2000 based on experience for first 6 months, with performance-based revenue share on new work.
