Job Summary Seeking an Operations Inspector with 3+ years of quality inspection experience in a production/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will perform detailed inspections, document quality results, support rework activities, and work closely with Production, Engineering, Receiving Inspection, and other teams to maintain product quality and traceability.

Requirements
High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing/production.
Strong knowledge of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) practices.
Ability to use test equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
Experience with MS Word and Excel for inspection records and reporting.
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and Engineering Order (E.O.) instructions.
Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Responsibilities
Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with established quality and safety procedures.
Document inspection results, rework, waste, and other quality data accurately.
Enter and maintain inspection information in electronic or quality databases.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, RMA, and Receiving Inspection teams to resolve quality issues.
Verify inspection results and maintain proper product traceability.
Support rework activities and verify that reworked products meet specifications.
Assist with inventory counts, packaging, hand packing, and kit assembly as needed.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 6S standards.
Support continuous improvement and cross-training activities.
