About the Internship & Co-op Program
Westmag offers exciting Internship and Co-op opportunities for students eager to gain hands-on experience in the fields of engineering, operations, product development, and business functions. Interns and co-op students will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to impactful projects that support Westmag’s mission to innovate in drone motor manufacturing.
Role Description
Assist engineering teams in design, testing, and analysis of drone motors and robotic actuators.
Support operations with process improvements, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with multiple departments.
Gain practical experience in advanced manufacturing and product development environments.
Contribute to documentation, reporting, and research tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Eligibility & Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to Engineering, Operations, Business, or a relevant field.
Strong interest in robotics, drone technology, manufacturing, or technology startups.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of relevant tools or software (CAD, Excel, data analysis, etc.) preferred but not required.
Authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship/co-op period.
