This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and program coordination.This position plays a key role in ensuring that daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing and preparing materials and supplies for daily program activities
- Support logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of materials and resources
- Help manage attendance and support daily check-in and check-out processes
- Provide on-site operational support to ensure activities run efficiently
- Assist team members with day-to-day needs and problem-solving as situations arise
- Maintain organization of supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Support distribution of materials or meals during scheduled breaks
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming environment
- Communicate any issues or concerns to staff in a timely manner
- Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the work location
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to support a variety of tasks as needed
- Prior experience in operations, events, or working with groups is a plus, but not required
