Pay: $22.50/hr
Pay Type: Full-Time/Paid Weekly
Shift: 5:30am-2:00pm
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Experience in dispatching, transportation, driver support, and/or home delivery is preferred
You'll play a key role in supporting our Final Mile operations. You'll be responsible for:
Accurate data logging, billing, maintaining records
Providing real time route support for drivers
Providing support to retail client and end user customers
Supporting load out, inventory tracking, and escalating customer service inquiries

Summary
The Customer Service Operations Lead is responsible for assisting the management staff with leading and supporting the clerical staff. They will assist management by supporting and overseeing office and warehouse functions as it relates to: billing, dispatching, client request and relationships, and customer escalations.
