Your starting level (Apprentice, Team Leader, or Senior Team Leader) will be based on your experience, performance, and leadership ability.

About This Role

The Operations Leader (Leadership Growth Track) is responsible for executing daily operations while developing people and driving a culture of excellence.

This position is intentionally designed to identify, develop, and grow future leaders within our organization.

Leadership Growth Path

Apprentice (Entry-Level Leadership)

• Begin developing leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
• Support daily operations while learning to lead others
• Model strong work ethic, attitude, and coachability
• Deliver excellent guest service and operational execution

Team Leader (Mid-Level Leadership)

• Lead shifts with increasing independence
• Coach and support team members in real-time
• Ensure consistency in service, food quality, and accuracy
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members

Senior Team Leader (Advanced Leadership)

• Independently lead high-level operations and performance
• Develop and mentor other leaders and team members
• Drive results in key areas (speed, accuracy, guest experience)
• Partner with senior leadership on execution and accountability

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through hospitality and care
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
• Ensure excellence in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Maintain strong communication and team alignment
• Model integrity, professionalism, and ownership at all times
