Qualified Staffing is seeking an Operations Liaison Specialist for our client in Warner Robins, GaHours: Monday – Thursday 9-hour shift varying between 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday 4-hour shift varying between 7:00 am – 12:00 pmPay: $17/hourThis position is an on-site position.Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers
Coordinate and expedite actions to resolve customer and supplier issues
Provide exceptional customer service with timely follow-up
Track, organize, and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting government contracts is required
Previous customer service experience is required
Previous supply chain, logistics, or vendor management experience is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
