Job Title: Operations / Loan Processing Associate
Pay Rate: $22.11/hr W2
Duration: 12 Months (Potential for Conversion to FTE)
Location: Charlotte, NC (100% Onsite 5 days/week)
Must be Recent Grad with Finance Exposure

Job Summary:
The Operations / Loan Processing Associate will support large corporate and commercial clients by processing assignments related to syndicated credit facilities. This role involves onboarding support, documentation management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of loan-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process assignments for syndicated credit facilities where the bank acts as Administrative Agent
  • Submit and manage onboarding documentation for new clients
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all processing tasks
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and teams
  • Support daily operations in a high-volume environment

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Finance-related degree
  • Experience with Loan IQ
  • Exposure to syndicated loans
