  • Field & Fleet Logistics: Orchestrate the receipt and verification of high-value shipments; coordinate the strategic deployment of equipment, materials, and sensitive documentation to field sites.
  • Operational Support: Support fleet and shop readiness through parts transport and vehicle upkeep; provide critical site-level support to field teams including signage placement and material delivery.
  • Facility & Grounds Stewardship: Direct the routine maintenance and aesthetic integrity of company properties, including professional landscaping and seasonal snow removal operations.
  • Systems Maintenance: Monitor and manage industrial consumables, including propane and nitrogen bottle replenishment, HVAC filter changes, and facility lighting.
  • Warehouse & Yard Mastery: Direct the organization of storage facilities, pallet management, and scrap/waste removal to ensure a lean, safe, and efficient yard environment.
  • Inventory Control: Perform technical inventory tracking and freight coordination to minimize downtime and maximize resource availability.

  • Communication Mastery: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface professionally with internal leadership, field crews, and external vendors.
  • Process Knowledge: A foundational understanding of inventory control, warehouse logistics, and industrial workflows.
  • Organizational Authority: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a high-intensity, dynamic environment.
  • Licensure: A valid Driver's License with a clean, insurable driving record.

Preferred Technical Expertise (Not Required):

  • Active Forklift Certification
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable operating in diverse environments including warehouses, active yards, and outdoor sites.
  • Full physical mobility (reaching, bending, and lifting) required for material handling.

Compensation & Premium Benefits

We reward the specialists who maintain our infrastructure:

  • Competitive Pay: $23.46 – $28.00 per hour based on experience.
  • Financial Growth: 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (available after the initial probationary period).
  • Stability: Join a firm with over 60 years of local market dominance.
