    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform facility inspections
    • Document deficiencies and hazards
    • Conduct system testing
    • Estimate remaining useful life
    • Deliver detailed reports

    Experience:

    • 7+ years (10+ for Senior)
    Education:
    • Associate’s required
    • ICC/CBI preferred
