    The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Operations & Maintenance Specialist / Senior with an active Secret Clearance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inspect building systems
    • Develop preventive maintenance plans
    • Identify deficiencies and code issues
    • Recommend repairs and modernization
    • Support GSA to DHS transition

    Experience:

    • 7+ years (10+ for Senior)
    Education:
    • Bachelor’s required
    • FMP/CFM preferred (required for Senior)
