Key Responsibilities:

Inspect building systems
Develop preventive maintenance plans
Identify deficiencies and code issues
Recommend repairs and modernization
Support GSA to DHS transition

Experience:

7+ years (10+ for Senior)

Education:

Bachelor’s required
FMP/CFM preferred (required for Senior)
