Operations Management TraineeLocation: Akron, OHShift: Tuesday – Saturday 7AM to 3:30PMSalary: Paid WeeklySummaryThe Operations Management Trainee will support the shop management process and assist in cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives. The role requires cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management. It is fast‑paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. You will gain industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop a background in operations and fleet maintenance.
