Duties and Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager - A, you will be the program coordinator for the Motorcycle Education Section and Third-Party Testing (TPT) programs to include Florida Rider Training Program (FRTP), Driver Education Licensing Assistance Program (DELAP), and Third-Party Administrators of Class E Driver Licenses Programs. You will be responsible for maintaining policies and procedures for the third-party testing programs, supervising and conducting monitoring of the third-party testing programs ensuring that they are following professional standards, serving as the liaison between third party testing programs and the department, and conducting and supervising instructor training. For this position you will need to have extensive knowledge, skills and abilities in the operation and education of motor vehicles and motorcycles.
