Pay Range: $75 - $85/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics and Material Flow Management: You will be responsible for planning and aligning the yearly shipping schedule to ensure a balanced material flow and on-time deliveries. This includes managing the physical transportation of items, forecasting scan center capacity to avoid bottlenecks, and coordinating daily operations to meet production commitments
  • Partner Management: You will serve as a primary operational contact for partners, working to build trust and transparency.
  • This involves handling ad-hoc issue management (such as shipment changes, manifest reports, or item damage reports).
  • Vendor & Daily Operations Management: You will oversee daily scan center operations to ensure operational goals are met efficiently. 
  • This includes reviewing daily metrics and progress, guiding vendor leadership on resource rebalancing or overtime, performing annual process audits for compliance, and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to promote operational efficiency
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: The ability to orchestrate complex shipping schedules, manage global material inventories, and continually adjust capacity forecasts based on partner's phase-outs, onboarding, or transit delays.
  • External Stakeholder Communication: Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills are essential for sharing sensitive operational feedback with external partners, resolving critical transit issues, and maintaining strong alignment with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Process Oversight & Vendor Management: A strong aptitude for tracking daily production metrics, advising vendor partners on resource allocation, conducting operational audits, and standardizing process documentation to guarantee compliance and continuous improvement.
