Seeking an Operations Manager to lead personnel, equipment, and inventory management in a values-driven organization.
Responsibilities include overseeing production, maximizing efficiency, managing expenses, and maintaining safety standards.
Recruit, develop, and supervise staff, manage work schedules, and ensure a positive, safe work environment.
Ensure proper receipt, storage, and handling of materials, minimize product damage, and manage customer/vendor returns.
Maintain facility condition, oversee safety programs, and ensure OSHA compliance.
Investigate incidents, coordinate with HR, and uphold safety protocols.
