Operations Manager

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join a highly respected insurance organization known for its strong reputation, collaborative culture, and long-term commitment to operational excellence.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and enjoys improving processes, optimizing workflows, and driving business results.

The Operations Leader will oversee end-to-end claims and defense operations workflows, including intake, work routing, assignment, processing, vendor coordination, and completion. This individual will be responsible for ensuring service levels, quality standards, and operational performance goals are consistently achieved while partnering closely with Claims, Legal, Technology, and external law firms.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing operational workflows and performance metrics including volume, cycle time, backlog, quality, and throughput
• Driving process improvement initiatives, workflow optimization, and automation efforts
• Overseeing vendor and law firm relationships, including performance management and SLA adherence
• Leveraging reporting and analytics tools to provide actionable insights and support decision-making
• Partnering cross-functionally with Claims, Legal, Vendor, and Technology teams to resolve issues and improve operational effectiveness
• Supporting workforce planning, onboarding, training, and team development

Ideal candidates will have experience in claims operations, insurance operations, legal operations, litigation support, insurance defense, or other high-volume operational environments. Strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a track record of driving operational excellence are highly desired.
