Key Responsibilities (Operations Manager)
Oversee and manage daily operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with business objectives
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and drive operational efficiency across departments
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to track operational effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and productivity
Address operational challenges proactively and implement solutions to improve overall performance
Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact
Previous experience in operations within a service-related industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to understand and adhere to company standards and procedures
Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform opening and closing operational procedures as required
