Position Summary

Come make history with us. StatPoint's Mobile Acute Care (MAC) team is changing how care is delivered across the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. We bring fast-paced, hospital-level care directly to patients where they are most comfortable: at home.

As our Operations Manager, you will be a key operational leader supporting the infrastructure that allows our Mobile Acute Care program to operate efficiently and effectively.  Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will lead operational initiatives focused on logistics coordination, fleet management, equipment and supply management, process improvement, and operational efficiency. You will identify challenges, implement practical solutions, and help create the structure needed to support continued growth while maintaining the urgency, teamwork, and patient-first mindset that make StatPoint different.

While the initial focus of this role is leading the operations team, this position is expected to evolve as StatPoint continues to grow. The Operations Manager will have opportunities to take on additional operational and administrative responsibilities, lead cross-functional initiatives, support organizational process improvement efforts, and play an increasingly strategic role in supporting company growth and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and is energized by solving complex operational challenges that directly impact patient care and organizational success.

We are 100% digital and use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Apple hardware to keep teams connected and work moving efficiently across the organization.

This is a hybrid position that combines remote work with regular onsite visits to StatPoint office locations throughout Maryland and Virginia.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for StatPoint's Operations team.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop operational staff while fostering a positive, patient-focused culture.
• Oversee logistics workflows that support clinical operations, resource coordination, equipment management, and service delivery across multiple markets.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and overall service delivery.
• Manage operational resources, including clinical supplies, equipment, inventory, fleet operations, and vendor relationships.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and best practices that support consistency, compliance, and scalability.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, improve outcomes, and support informed decision-making.
• Support organizational growth by helping scale operational processes, systems, and infrastructure.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and exceptional service.

Required Qualifications 

• Demonstrated success managing operational processes and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading one or more teams.
• Experience overseeing logistics, resource coordination, inventory management, fleet operations, vendor relationships, or similar operational functions.
• Proven ability to improve workflows, solve operational challenges, and drive accountability.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and leadership levels.
• Advanced proficiency with MacOS, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based business systems.
