We prioritize strong leadership, accountability, and a supportive team culture. We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive performance, and support regional growth.

  • Service Delivery: Guarantee uninterrupted service across all customer locations, support new account start-ups, and coordinate coverage for open or emergency shifts.

  • Financial Management: Monitor labor budgets, manage overtime, and track operational costs. Review employee timekeeping and labor reporting via Chronotek.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct daily building inspections, handle customer follow-ups, professionally resolve concerns, and manage Level Board corrective action plans.

  • Branch Logistics: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and HR documentation. Oversee inventory management, supply deliveries, and operational logistics.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in scheduling, labor management, and holding teams accountable.

  • Proficient with email, professional reporting systems, and workforce management software.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and comfort with customer-facing visits.

  • Reliable transportation and the flexibility to support dynamic operational needs.

What We Offer
