    Plant Operations Manager – Food & Beverage Manufacturing Experience A MUST

    Salary $115,000–$140,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to the US Midwest

    Our growing client is seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead operations at our Midwest facility—a dynamic, 24/7 unionized plant producing food and beverages.We have a strong commitment to quality and safety; this is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader to make a significant impact. We need you to use your excellent organizational and communication skills to hold teams accountable to deliver results. You must have food & beverage manufacturing experience. There is a great chance for promotion quickly!

    What You’ll Do as the Plant Operations Manager:

    ·Oversee all plant production activities and ensure KPI tracking and attainment

    ·Lead a team of direct reports in Production & Sanitation staff

    ·Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in capital projects

    ·Manage recruiting, hiring, and training of production team members

    ·Conduct plant audits and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

    ·Handle performance management, union activities, and operational analysis

    ·Provide oversight on budgets and contribute to strategic planning.

    What We’re Looking for in a Plant Operations Manager:

    ·High school diploma required

    ·At least 8 years in food or beverage manufacturing

    ·At least 5 years in management

    ·Experience with aseptic processing preferred

    ·Experience with union relations preferred

    ·Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.

    ·Proven ability to hold teams accountable and deliver results.
