Location: 9141 Old U.S 22, Bethel, PA 19507Pay: $79,800 - $119,700 (depending on experience)Shift: Friday to Monday from 1:30pm to 12:00am (Schedule subject to change based on the needs of the business)

Employment Logistics:As the Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the Hub Director. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the units and team members within the facility. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations, as well as any satellite projects, as necessary.Unpacking the Benefits:

The Must-Haves:

GED/Diploma required, bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferredA minimum of 5 years management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and educationLast-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desiredExperience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skillsAbility to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a teamStrong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite

Your Mission in Motion:

Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's servicesDirect, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectivesEvaluate the results of overall operations regularly. Systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General ManagersResponsible for maintaining engineered staffing levels for all positions. This will include coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positionsEnsure adherences to all aspects of the contract and work with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability to the operating agreement
