The Operations Manager is responsible for the day -to -day operational health of the organization — overseeing internal processes, coordinating cross -functional teams, managing budgets and vendors, and ensuring programs and services are delivered efficiently and on schedule. This role suits a process -minded leader who can translate strategy into reliable execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring workflows are efficient, documented, and consistently followed

  • Develop, monitor, and refine operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics
    <\/li>
  • Manage operational budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost -saving opportunities
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate procurement, vendor relationships, and service contracts
    <\/li>
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate operational and administrative staff
    <\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and organizational standards
    <\/li>
  • Prepare operational reports and present performance data to senior leadership
    <\/li>
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous -improvement initiatives
    <\/li>
  • Support strategic planning and execute organizational initiatives on time and within budget
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate facilities, logistics, and resource allocation

    Requirements<\/h3>


    <\/p>

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration
      <\/li>
    • 3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or program management (5+ preferred)
      <\/li>
    • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, staff, and cross -functional processes
      <\/li>
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem -solving skills
      <\/li>
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
      <\/li>
    • Proficiency with office and project -management software
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Preferred:
      <\/p>

      • 5+ years of experience in operations or program management
        <\/li>
      • Experience in a nonprofit, government, or public -sector environment
        <\/li>
      • Familiarity with grant management or public funding compliance
        <\/li>
      • Process -improvement or project -management certification (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP)
