Operations Manager

Overview:The role of the Operations Manager is to facilitate an impressive operation with impressive team members providing exceptional service. This includes making an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with our guests in a positive and friendly manner and developing a relationship with the client that results in VPNE Parking Solutions being viewed as a Strategic Partner.Responsibilities:

Safety

Ensures employees and guests are safe at all times.If needed - operates vehicles in a safe manner to minimize the potential for accidents.Oversees the tracking of keys, and vehicles throughout the garage.

Service

Ensures all team members are providing exceptional guest experiences to every guest by smiling at, greeting and helping every guest as they enter the garage.Maintains garage organization.

Appearance

Adheres daily to VPNE appearance standardsEnforces correct uniform, shaves, hair, etc. with team members

Revenue Control

Develops and maintains a strong revenue control programRegularly audits locationReviewing DCR's daily

Administration

Staffing: Hours/OTKnow and understand billingReview financialsVISA Expense Reports for Corporate Card submitted correctly and on timeMeets all deadlines

Qualifications:Educational Requirements: BA in Business Administration or related field preferredLanguage Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and writtenYears of Experience: 5 - 7 years' progressive responsibility in operation in parking, hospitality or a related field
