We are seeking an experienced and passionate Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing Industry. This is a permanent position that offers an opportunity to lead, manage, and optimize our operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, customer-facing roles, sales support, safety, and inventory management. A forklift certification and Lean Six Sigma knowledge are highly desirable. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position and a bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
2. Lead and manage a team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and high performance.
3. Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures in line with the company’s goals and objectives.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
5. Manage customer relations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Provide sales support, working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
7. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper storage.
8. Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes and reduce waste.
9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
10. Conduct performance reviews, identify areas of improvement, and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the Manufacturing Industry.
2. A bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field.
3. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience in sales support, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
5. A strong commitment to safety, with experience in implementing and overseeing safety regulations.
6. Forklift certification is required.
7. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
8. Strong inventory management skills, with the ability to manage and optimize stock levels.
9. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
10. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
11. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
