A growing professional services organization is seeking a Government Affairs Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional initiatives across affiliated entities.
This is a high-visibility, hands-on role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What You'll Do
Manage lobbying registrations and compliance reporting (federal, state, local)
Oversee vendor relationships, office operations, and lease agreements
Handle entity registrations, certifications, and renewals
Support client compliance filings and reporting deadlines
Partner cross-functionally on projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in operations, compliance, or government affairs
Experience with regulatory filings or reporting preferred
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Professional, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 - $95,000 base salary
