e are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehouse and fulfillment operations while driving productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse, fulfillment, and transportation operations.
Manage labor, staffing, productivity, and operational costs.
Lead employee relations, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and training.
Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service levels.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain WMS accuracy, inventory control, and operational reporting.
Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service.

Qualifications
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational technology.
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience managing labor productivity and operational KPIs.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience within warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments.
Experience managing employee relations and workforce development.
Strong background in fulfillment operations, inventory management, warehouse distribution, and transportation logistics preferred.
