Operations Manager – Electrical Contractor

We are a small construction company in Orange County seeking an experienced, organized, and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and help keep our projects, field crews, office activities, and administrative processes running efficiently.

This is a key position within our company. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, solves problems, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced small-business environment.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in operations management, project management, construction management, or a similar role.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position in Orange County, CA. This is not a remote position.

Compensation depends on experience.
