Salary: $130,000–$140,000 + Quarterly Bonus

We're Looking For:
- Well-rounded operations leader
- KPI-driven with a strong operational mindset
- Able to communicate confidently with both executive leadership and technical teams
- Experience managing Service P&L
- Passion for developing teams and driving performance
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support multiple shop locations across the Southeast
- Oversee both small (3-person) and large (10-person) teams
- Partner laterally with the VP of Parts to optimize operations
- Drive operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the territory
