Law Firm Operations Manager

We are a growing law firm and we are looking for an experienced Law Firm Operations Manager to help us continue to grow and improve our day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of both offices
• Oversee and support attorneys and staff
• Improve office systems, procedures, and workflows
• Assist with hiring, training, and employee management
• Monitor productivity, deadlines, and workload
• Manage technology, vendors, and office needs
• Assist with billing, collections, and financial reporting
• Help create a consistent and professional client experience
• Work with the attorneys to develop and implement growth strategies

Qualifications

• Experience managing or operating a law firm preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience managing employees
• Familiarity with legal technology and practice-management software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take initiative and get things done
• Professional, dependable, and highly organized
