Key responsibilities include managing financial performance, establishing strong partnerships, executing strategies aligned with company goals, and fostering operational excellence through coaching and development.
Requirements include at least 2 years in servicing/collections, excellent communication, project management skills, and the ability to travel domestically.
Preferred qualifications are a bachelor’s degree, bilingual skills, industry experience, and 5+ years in supervisory roles.
