Position Type:
- Direct Hire
- On-Site / In Field
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field: Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in a leadership role within construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing teams, scheduling, and preparing client proposals.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant tools/software, e.g., project management platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in team leadership, scheduling, and client service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of field technicians, staff, or relevant roles.
- Provide regular feedback, mentorship, and discipline when needed.
- Promote a positive and productive team environment.
- Develop and manage schedules to ensure optimal use of team resources.
- Coordinate team appointments and project timelines to meet client and company goals.
- Prepare and deliver accurate proposals and quotes to clients.
- Collaborate with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement timely solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with senior management regarding team performance and operational updates.
- Provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
