Operations Manager — Full-Time, Hourly

Location: United Skates of Jackson, 2270 W. County Line Road, Jackson Township, NJ 08527
Pay: $24.00 per hour, approximately 40 hours per week


With over 50 years of experience in recreation and entertainment facility management, United Skates of America is seeking an energetic, dependable Operations Manager to join our team in Jackson Township, NJ.


Our roller-skating facility features roller and inline skating, an arcade, a novelty redemption shop, a pizza café, and birthday parties. If you enjoy leading a team and creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.
  
  
• Monitor sales, labor, and expenses, and support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
  
  
• Help develop and carry out sales and marketing initiatives that increase customer engagement.
  
  
• Recruit, train, coach, and support team members.
  
  
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience managing operations, staff, and budgets.
  
  
• Ability to work with sales and expense reports and contribute to financial goals.
  
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
  
  
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurants, retail, or another high-volume environment preferred.
  
  
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  
  
• Reliable transportation or willingness to relocate to the Jackson Township area.
