Job Summary: The Operations Manager will lead day-to-day distribution center operations across transportation, warehouse, logistics, inventory management, and fleet management teams. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, streamlining inventory management processes, overseeing logistics and fleet operations, developing leaders, and building scalable systems that support long-term growth. The ideal candidate combines strong floor leadership with strategic thinking, using data, Lean principles, and cross-functional influence to improve performance, optimize inventory control, enhance logistics efficiency, and shape future-state operations.

Responsibilities: Operational Leadership, People & Culture, Strategic & Enterprise Impact, Business & Data Leadership.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence. Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Solid understanding of distribution operations, warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and industry best practices. Ability to prioritize and execute in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with competing demands.
