GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsible for managing and directing all aspects of operations of Distribution and Fulfillment
Center. This position is responsible for the optimal performance of operations and distribution
departments, continuous improvement, quality improvement initiatives, retention and morale,
client satisfaction and KPI delivery. Must ensure that the processes, equipment,
documentation, and personnel are in place to meet the business objectives of the company.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Logistics

Reviews or establishes staffing plans.
Determines or has major influence in employee hiring, training, evaluation, salary
increases, promotions, and terminations.
Ability to labor plan all essential functions of an operation.
Work with engineers on project quotes and manufacturing layouts for kitting and
refurbishment projects
controls, and expenses.
Initiate and communicate disciplinary action when needed.
Manage to customer SLA's to ensure adherence to expectations
