The culture promotes collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development, making it an attractive environment for ambitious leaders looking to make a meaningful impact.Job DescriptionLead daily operations across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and safety functions.Develop, implement, and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and project execution.Manage production schedules, capacity planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate operational bottlenecks and improve performance.Oversee purchasing activities and supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery expectations are achieved.Collaborate with engineering, project management, and technical teams to support successful project delivery.Monitor inventory management strategies and material availability to meet customer deadlines.Provide operational guidance during project planning and execution activities.Foster communication and alignment across multiple departments.Champion workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.Conduct operational reviews, audits, and safety-related training activities.Develop, mentor, and manage operational teams while promoting accountability and employee growth.Establish performance metrics and support succession planning and workforce development initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
