Weekly Pay!

$20 per hour

An idea candidate:

• 3 years of experience, as supervisor in janitorial field
• Very confident and independent
• Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Adaptable quickly to changing technology
• Possess strong time management skills
• Possess excellent ability to communicate in English both written and verbal

Duties:

• Execute the company Environmental Health Safety & Compliance program
• Schedule staffing resources to service customer facilities
• Answer all incoming customer communications and direct resources for response
• Conduct smart phone application-based facility inspections and direct resolution of deficiencies
• Customer relationship and service visits
• Attend Operations team meetings in person and virtually
• Train and direct supervisors and support staff
• Approve materials orders
• Review timekeeping on a daily basis and follow all procedures for labor cost control
• Follow company progressive discipline program as required
• Promote the sales of additional services in assigned accounts
