At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary rangeis $35.94-$53.91excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, andinternal equity considerations. The Operations Manager Inpatient services assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operations of multiple inpatient units. Duties include weekly payroll, recruiting coordination, budget management, quality reporting and trending, ordering specialty supplies, project management and process improvement. This is an excitingopportunity in a fast pacedand high volume area in the hospital. We are looking for a motivated self starter who has a strong ability to work independently and show initiative. This role collaborates with the Clinical Director and Nurse Managers, as well as with the Director of Business Management for Patient Care Services.
