Operations Manager

The Operation Manager is responsible for leading all day-to-day manufacturing operations with an plastic injection molding facility, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met. This role provides strategic and hand-on leadership across production, maintenance, quality, and materials to support customer requirements and continuous improvement initiatives in compliance with customer quality standards.

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

•7+ years of progressive leadership experience in plastic injection molding environment.

•Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling materials (resins), and automation.

•Proven leadership of high-volume, multi-shift operations.
