Responsibilities

  • Own internal communication, team calendar organization, client care systems, and team support processes
  • Support listing launches and contract-to-close operations to ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience
  • Help maintain database integrity and support accountability around team systems
  • Manage and improve onboarding processes, including training coordination both in person and virtually
  • Support agent productivity rhythms and help ensure team systems are being followed
  • Act as a liaison between agents, clients, vendors, attorneys, escrow companies, mortgage partners, and other key contacts
  • Help generate client reviews and referrals during and after transactions
  • Support recruiting efforts through job postings, scheduling, communication, and appointment setting
  • Plan and execute client and team events that are thoughtful, organized, and aligned with our brand
  • Oversee receipts, reporting, and operational details connected to finance and expense tracking
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents key systems and standards
  • Keep leadership informed of challenges, gaps, and opportunities — and bring possible solutions
  • Participate in weekly coaching, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings as needed
