Operations Manager
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead two manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, and distribution facilities. This role will be responsible for optimizing operations, developing high-performing teams, improving safety and quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across a growing multi-site network.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop site leadership teams across multiple locations.
Drive operational performance in warehousing, production, assembly, inventory management, shipping, and distribution.
Establish and implement standardized processes, KPIs, and best practices across all facilities.
Manage budgets, labor utilization, inventory performance, and operational efficiencies.
Ensure customer delivery expectations, production goals, and service levels are consistently achieved.
Champion Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement programs.
Build a culture focused on safety, accountability, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, Finance, and HR teams to support business objectives.
Utilize data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and productivity improvements.
Support facility expansions, integration efforts, and strategic operational initiatives.
Travel required between facilities in two different states
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading multi-site manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution operations.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing managers and building successful teams.
Experience driving operational improvements through Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor costs, and performance metrics.
Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain operations, and customer fulfillment processes.
Experience using ERP, WMS, and other operational systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Salary Range: $150,000-$165,000
