Description
This Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading day-to-day manufacturing operations across internal production, contract manufacturing, depot repair, field assets, and facilities.
- Driving production readiness, schedule attainment, material availability, and operational responsiveness.
- Managing contract manufacturing relationships and performance metrics.
- Establishing KPIs and implementing scalable operational systems and processes.
- Improving manufacturing efficiency and strengthening supply chain coordination.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, FDA Quality System Regulations, MDSAP, and EU MDR requirements.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
- Supporting production floor activities and resolving critical operational issues when needed.

Profile
This Successful Operations Manager will have:
- 5+ years of medical device manufacturing management experience.
- Medical device industry background required.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience within ISO 13485-regulated manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of FDA Quality Systems, CAPA, DHF, DMR, and DHR requirements.
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional operations teams.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
- Electro-mechanical medical device experience preferred.
