Operations Manager – Metal Fabrication

A busy mechanical fabrication shop located in Oxford, PA is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team. This person will assist the owner with the day-to-day organization and operation of the company. They are a well-established mechanical contracting, fabrication, welding, and millwright company serving industrial and commercial customers. Their work includes both shop fabrication and field projects, requiring coordination between employees, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and office personnel.   This is not strictly an office management position. They are looking for someone who can understand how a small industrial contracting company operates, take ownership of daily responsibilities, solve problems, and help keep the entire operation organized and moving forward.   The right person will work closely with the owner and become a key point of coordination between the office, shop, field employees, customers, and management.
