Operations Manager
Our client is an extremely well known F500 company with a manufacturing division located in the Pittsburgh area that needs an Operations Manager. This is a metal stamping operation of high repute, with a global footprint.
The Operations Manager will:
- lead the operational side of the business through its growth
- oversee 4 supervisors and ~100 direct and indirect workers
- participate in planning and/or decision making in matters concerning financial and operational problems, inventory control, plant policy and facility/maintenance issues and staffing.
- coordinate execution of manufacturing schedules and priorities within the production plan to satisfy customer requirements.
- maintain and track adequate metrics to ensure levels of performance are known and improved upon.
