Busy manufacturing and engineering firm has an opening for an Operations Manager. Direct hire position with competitive benefits. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30AM-3:00PM.
Duties:
* Work with owner and shop supervisor to create production schedules
* Responsible for quality control in metal cutting, welding, polishing and powder coat
* Responsible for material and supply inventory
* Delegate production and job components to employees
* Direct/supervise shop workers
Requirements:
* Metal works (cutting, welding, etc.) knowledge required
* Experience operating CNC laser machines, welders and powder coat booths preferred
* Ability to create cut list from plans
* Schedule day to day operations
Salary: $95-105K
