Job Title: Operations Manager

Travel: Approximately 10%

Requirements:
· 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience
· Hands-on machining and/or production-floor experience
· Experience managing budgets, costs, and margins
· Strong team leadership and accountability experience
· Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
· ERP and production scheduling systems experience
· Strong Excel skills
· Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
Preferred:
· Machine rollers, motor-driven rollers, or conveyor systems experience
· Equipment or material-handling manufacturing experience
· Variable-speed drives and/or conveyor automation experience
· Experience utilizing AI tools for production planning, reporting, predictive maintenance, or operational decision-making

Job Details
Our client is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to lead day-to-day HR operations and support employees across multiple locations. This role will oversee recruiting, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and other HR initiatives while partnering closely with employees and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
· Serve as a primary resource for employee relations and workplace matters
· Oversee performance management and support managers with employee development
· Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
· Maintain HRIS data, reporting, and employee documentation
· Support payroll, benefits, and other day-to-day HR operations
· Partner with leadership across multiple locations on HR initiatives and workforce needs
Requirements:
· 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
· Strong employment law and HR compliance knowledge
· Full-cycle recruiting experience
· Employee relations and performance management experience
· HRIS and reporting experience
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field OR substantial relevant experience in lieu of degree
Preferred:
· Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment experience
· Multi-site HR experience
· Paycom and/or Paycor experience
· Multi-state payroll and benefits knowledge
· Union and non-union HR experience
· SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
