Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts and support processes for our technical, crypto SaaS products. This position will be responsible for overseeing a range of business operations and supporting our customers through various stages of engagement. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of SaaS or crypto-related services, and possess the ability to work cross-functionally to improve customer retention and operational efficiency.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing business and support processes for strategic customers, including areas such as marketing, revenue sharing, billing/invoicing, etc.
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving issues for strategic customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify retention risks and growth opportunities with strategic customers.
  • Collecting and synthesizing customer feedback to inform improvements in business/support operations and product roadmaps.
  • Partnering with technical support teams for ad-hoc engineering projects and engagements related to customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing enterprise account management.
  • 2+ years of experience working with internal financial processes, SaaS, and/or crypto platforms.
  • Basic familiarity with reporting, spreadsheets, and business writing.
